As store manager, Sandy Conn oversees all aspects of making QB Pharmasave the exceptional store that it is. Sandy joined QB Pharmasave in 1983 and her love and care for both the store and her team of employees is a significant part of what makes QB Pharmasave stand out in the industry. “I am fortunate to live in a beautiful community and have a career that I love. The staff and customers are like family.” says Sandy. “Our goal is for every customer to receive excellent service and have an enjoyable shopping experience along the way.” The fact that so many of her staff have made QB Pharmasave their long-term career is a tribute to Sandy’s ability to put together a talented and fun team that takes pride in going the extra mile for their customers. 
Another long-term fixture of our store is the Assistant Manager Shannon Roberts, with 5 years at the Qualicum Store and 20 with Pharmasave. Shannon is responsible for advertising in the community as well as working with staff in every department and presenting special Oceanside events throughout the year. Shannon prides herself on being friendly and approachable and you’ll be sure to be greeted with a friendly smile when you spot her in the store. Caring for both staff and the needs of the Oceanside community has given Shannon special insight on the best ways to make QB Pharmasave a success year after year.
